A fermentation of a mixture of grain and water produces the base, which is distilled fourfold in pot stills. The botanicals and fruits are macerated and distilled separately. Finally, the distilled botanicals and fruits are blended with the distillate to achieve the perfect balance of essential oils from the botanicals and the grain base for a period of several weeks. The Forest Dry Gin has a dominant juniper note and is refined with botanicals of the season. Botanicals: juniper, blood oranges, bergamot blossom, ginger, lemon grass, lemon peel, bitter orange peel, coriander, angelica root, cubeb pepper, ....Tasting notes:Color: Clear.
