There were 4 friends who shared the great love of gin and had the idea to develop their own recipe. They experimented with different botanicals and already at the 4th attempt convinced them your result. The number 4 has a special meaning for these friends. The name "Fior" was chosen from the Old High German, and stands for the number 4. On the search for a suitable distillery they became aware of the Sommerhof. The owner Christian Brunner, became in the course of time the friend number 5. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Lavender, citrus aromas. Taste: Juniper, apples, rosemary, lavender, citrus. Finish: Long lasting, with citrus aromas.
