This grappa is the matured sister of the younger Futura12. After a careful selection of the proportions of mixed marc from white and red grapes to be used, it is aged for 18 months in antique oak barrels. This wood gives the grappa its characteristic amber colour, even if the barrels are used several times. During the extraction of the aromas, this type of wood barrels favours the natural action of the oxygen from the barrel staves. This transforms the fresh distillate into a rounded and elegant grappa. This is followed by a careful ageing in stainless steel tanks for at least six months, during which the grappa can settle after such an important passage.Tasting notes:Colour: Light amber.
