With a grape variety like the muscatel grape, only a delicate grappa like this can be created. The fresh muscatel grape marc is sourced from selected suppliers. To enable the extraction of volatile components from the pomace without damaging it, distillation is carried out at a low temperature (just over 100°). This preserves the primary aromas of the grape of origin. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for at least one year gives this grappa - compared to freshly distilled ones - a better balance. The transformation to the final alcohol content (40°) is done by dilution with water and cold filtration, at a temperature where the aromatic component is guaranteed to be preserved.Tasting notes:Colour: Crystal clear.
