With a grape variety like the Muscat grape, only a delicate grappa like this can be produced. The fresh Muscat grape marc is purchased from selected suppliers. In order to allow the extraction of volatile components from the pomace without damaging it, distillation takes place at low temperature (just over 100°). In this way the primary aromas of the grape of origin are preserved. Aging in stainless steel tanks for at least one year gives this grappa a better balance compared to freshly distilled grappa. The transformation to the final alcohol content (40°) is carried out by dilution with water and cold filtration, at a temperature where the aromatic component is guaranteed to be preserved.Tasting notes:Colour: crystal clear.
