Authentic and genuine - Clairin is a Haitian product made from sugar cane juice. Produced in small farms, with handcraft and tradition, Clairin shines with intense notes and genuine aromas.
The Clairin Casimir is made in the village of Barradères on the coast of Haiti. The special thing about this wine is that it is refined with local botanicals. In this case, ginger, aniseed and lemongrass are added to extend the taste profile.
At times, notes of salt, seaweed and sea air come to the surface, which satisfy the longing of sun, beach and sea in us.
Nose: Strong aromas, sugar cane, banana, vanilla, herbs, liquorice.
Taste: Full-bodied, strong notes, exotic fruits, sugar cane, smoke.
Finish: Long lasting, intense.
