In addition to the traditional method of making it, The Belgian Owl is unpeeled and distilled using the pot still method (in stills that end up in a swan neck). To preserve the aromas and rich fragrance of the product, The Belgian Owl is no longer cold filtered before bottling.Tasting notes:Color: Clear.
