Arran MACHRIE MOOR The Peated Lochranza Malt 46% Vol. 0,7l in Tinbox

A mysterious moor on the west coast of the Isle of Arran is called 'Machrie Moor'. During the Bronze Age this hilly area was home to many stone circles, one of which is still called 'Fingal's Cauldron Seat'. Legend has it that the legendary warrior, the giant Fingal, tied his dog to this stone. Brat', the dog's name, therefore adorns this bottle with his image. The 2018 bottling 'Machrie Moor' no longer has a batch number, as this bottling will be included in the ongoing Arran range. Phenol content: 20 ppmTasting notes:Colour: straw gold. Nose: Dried grass, peat smoke, hints of vanilla, tropical fruit. Taste: Citrus, smoke, peat, pineapple. Finish: Long lasting.
