Inspired by the "Angels' share" - the traditional name for the evaporation of whisky during the maturing phase - a new range of blended malt Scotch whiskies is available under the name Angels' Nectar. There are currently an estimated twenty million casks of whisky in storage across Scotland, all of which are exposed to the Angels' Share. The thirsty angels take their share; selfishly enjoying some casks more, some less, while the hard working distillers have to watch their yields disappear.
