AnCnoc Rùdhan is part of the Knockdhu Distillery's Peaty Collection and is only available in travel retail. All the whiskies in this range take their names from objects, places etc. that are or were used for peat extraction. Rùdhan refers to the peat harvesting process. Rùdhan' is in fact the last process in which the peat is stacked for several weeks to dry out.Tasting notes:Colour: light straw yellow. Nose: Fruity, floral, smoky, Flavour: earthy, peat smoke, notes of spices, caramelised sugar. Finish: Long lasting, soft, warm.
