Adamus Dry Gin is produced in the Bairrada region of Portugal. 18 different botanicals are specially distilled by steam infusion process and only after distillation they are married with each other. Among the carefully selected botanicals is the Baga grape variety, which accounts for about 90% of the total cultivation in Bairrada. Botanicals: Hibiscus, juniper, oranges, lemons, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, sage. The remaining ingredients of the 18 botanicals are deliberately not revealed. Even the bottle of this dry gin only gives an idea of how mysterious, special and above all different this gin is. The large cork closure not only gives the Adamus Gin an extraordinary appearance, but also underlines its connection to nature.Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Light, flowers, fruit.
